HELP: looking for a place to use my vibrating orifice...

Since I might be working full-time downtown starting in May till August, I'd like to find a sublet to live in for the summer so I can get away from the 'rents.

I found a place for $290 a month from school but I was wondering if anyone else knew of some people who would want to rent out a room for the summer to me.

Anyone looking to get some extra cash and has a room to spare in the same price range?

I am clean, quiet, independent and I can close my door when I use my Vibrato 2000.

Okay, I'm looking for A ROOM. For the SUMMER. 4 months. Not a permanent pad.

I just want a room to sleep, smoke, read, change and have sex in.

The $290 place is a huge place shared with 7 people. I wanna find other sublets like this one.

i have a friend who is looking to sublet her apartment from MAY TO AUGUST (she tried to break her lease, but they wont let her) its at Church and Wellesley (1Bdrm), but can surely accomodate 2 people...sweet ass apartment, but its about 1100 a month...

Ack, you got me until the $1100. Where would I sleep if it's one bedroom? Or is she not going to be there?

I'm sort of looking for an apartment or house where they want to rent out a room for the summer. I'm looking for something in the $350 range since I've seen rooms for that cheap.

If she's subletting it and the total is $1100 a month, how much is she subletting it for?
I'd even pay her a huge sum in May for the place for 4 months.

well you see, she tried to break her lease, and they wouldnt let her, so they told her she has to sublet it with their approval (her lease is over at the end of august)...the lease is in her parents name...
im not exactly sure how much shed sublet it for...the rent is 1150 + Hydro...
its a really big apartment (and she wont be there the whole summer)...
ill have to ask her how much she would sublet it for...

If she finds my offer too low, then she can use me as a last resort if she doesn't find anyone willing to pay her sublet price. Like I said, I can't afford much. I'm just trying to get away from my parents.

it's a huge 1 bedroom apartment(well for one person anyway),but yes you can definitely fit a futon in the living room!
