Does this ever happen to anyone?

The jungle tapes that I hate the most grow to be my favorites. I will listen to it, put it away for awhile and come back to it, for it to never leave my tape deck.

....a lot of times the first time i hear a fav tape, I hate it...the Mc's are to high...it's too tinny...whatever...but over time you just forget about all of that stuff...and you have a fav...

The worst is those pack of tapes where 5-O is complaining about somebody stealing his green jean jacket.

I still love the fact that he's so persistent.

i have been listening to this andy c at turbo tape for a few days now.. L natural ruins the tape like no other mc could, but the tunes are soo good that i have to keep playing it.
i wish someone could figure out a way to edit him out!~

hehe. i used to record renegade airwaves back when it was 100.7 and i have this tape of 5-0 asking women to call him up at the station. "19 plus only please".

re: andy c @ turbo. i was there and i really don't remember l natural mc'ing all that much (i also don't remember every other tune getting the rewind). the tape is still great tho...i love listening to it when i'm getting ready to go out...guaranteed to put me in a wicked mood. greatest set of the year..by far.
