what about celebrating all types of love in your life? that's what i do....all my girlfriends got valentine's in the mail this week. my kitty gets a little treat later. i'm having brunch with my family tomorrow and i'll bring them valentines cards.
i'm celebrating the fact my life has LOTS of love in it, and lots of different kinds.!
happy valentines day everyone!

Well, the true meaning of St. Valentine's Day pertains to sharing love with a partner. It was the custom of young men choosing maidens for valentines, or saints as patrons for the coming year.
The meaning has changed over the time, and these days, it became more "commercial".
I am totally up for celebrating love all together, either for parents, friends, animals, things... I belive that love should be around us and we should do things out of love. Happiness is love, love for parents, friends, lovers, animals, jobs... it's around us and we should appreciate it every day.
As I said, however and whatever you celebrate today, I hope everybody has a wonderful one.
