Hallucinations and general madness for the us generation

So you might remember a few months ago, I started a thread about a giant bunny rabbit I saw in my periphery moving about in the tall grass one day while I was eating lunch.

Well, I've been getting lots of hallucinations for a few years now. Nothing as serious as that....but I often think I see a bug out of the corner of my eye, like on a white wall, then I look and inevitably, there's nothing there.

I sometimes think it might also have to do with looking at a computer monitor for prolonged periods; that maybe its fucked up my vision somewhat.

Is it drugs? Is it what we look at? Are you with me? Or are you with the terrorists?

that's not a hallucination, i see that too. apparently it's like dead nerves or something that have been in your eye since forever. they just float there, so they seem like bugs and stuff, you can see them everywhere.

I second that...i've had moments seeing an apparent bug or spot on the wall from back when I was a kid, way before any indulgences started. Since they've started I've tended to notice more aural occurrences than visual - i.e. - walking down the street and thinking you've heard a snippet of conversation, to turn around and not see anyone.

sometimes i see my dead mother clawing her way up my leg with a knife in her teeth. luckily for me, i have taken drugs, and so can deal with this. to the average (tee-totalling) citizen, this would mean several years of drug therapy and indefinite institutionalization.

thank you hunter.

Josh, Betty Ford called me today, she says your field trip is over. She's also looking for your friend Jay aka JIB.

Thank god! ... I thought there was something living in my eye... I often see this small cell-like looking thing in my line of vision when looking out the window... only started noticing it this year...

josh, vinder, etc. the white blind spot you see is simply the part of your eye where your optic nerve comes in. normal.

the see through squiggles you see sometimes when you look at the sky or solid coloured objects is just stuff floating on your eyes thats been there forever...

vinder said peices of dead nerves, but i dont recall having heard the explination before, and i cant remember any of the others for this.
anyone know for sure?

i'd ask jeeves but i find he's not being much help as of late.

No, its not a white blind spot. It's a 6 legged insect thing.

And its only occasional, yet always peripheral.

The worst is when I see an praying mantis on my plate amongst the noodles.
