wtf's with kraddy's write-up on the shambhala website?

Kraddy’s music implicates cybernetic breaks with asymmetrical dub delays and hip hop grooves with dark ethereal melodies. At times his music is technical and frenetic and calls to mind images of genetically mutated earthworms, poping and locking deep underground to sub atomic frequencies, causing minute shifts in the structure and alignment of the tectonic plates, that over millennia will alter the magnetic core of the planet and thus change its frequency field steering its evolution towards greater harmony and a more peaceful form.

Other times he weaves together webs of moody etheresque clouds akin to the sounds of alternate life forces manipulating hydrogen and carbon molecules into biomechanical nanobots that imperceptibly permeate the neuronets of sleeping subjects from light years away in a methodical attempt to preserve and record the neural, synaptic and chemical makeup of all matter.

wha..?

going to sham this year, not really familiar with these breaks headliners (except for the stylers of course) can anyone compare Kraddy and the Lawgivers to any more known names? Is Kraddy like Lorin?

yeah, i've heard excellent shit from kraddy, and not-so-excellent. for the most part i enjoy, but it's definitely not everyone's cup o' tea.

yeah. i dont know, i know theres a bit of a market for stuff like that but considering breaks is only now recovering from a 2 year slump i hope that the dancefloor stuff maintains its position before we lose appeal again. its nothing against kraddy at all because i do like some of his stuff, but i dont really consider it breaks per se.

just my 2

for sure. i love the glitchy, techy, dancefloor-friendly stuff, but kraddy can take things entirely too far. when i said 'not-so-excellent', i meant really bad.. heh

well in my opinion Kraddy is one of the few "glitch" artisist out there that adds and element of funk and dancfloor flavour, will it rock huge crowds? probably not.. did it rock me? hell yes!
