I am going to buy a shitload of chicken breasts and grill them on the barbie.

It looks like we have a BBQing capability for the TRIBE Message board party as well....

its all about smothering chicken breasts in cracked pepper sauce, and then wrapping them in bacon. then wrapping in foil, and barbecuing.

I just noticed my lawn moving... The grass is so thick that squirrels or some other creatures are moving around in there - you can't see them, just the grass moving.

Look out rodents! Lawnmower is a coming!

I buy all of my chicken at maple lodge farms on my way home from work.

4kg box of 7oz skinless boneless breasts for $27

or I buy a 20kg box of bone-in breasts for $22(on special once every 2 months)

Tonight for a lovely young lady, I will be serving:

Seared sesame and wasabi marinated Chilean sea bass, sea scallops and tiger shrimp with steamed asparagus, lemon basil portabello risotto and a beet and pickled ginger sauce.

Served with choice of Firestone Gewurtztraminer or a nice Argentinian Chardonnay.

BBB.

My chicken stock smells heavenly.

Enjoy your dry chicken, SUCKERS!!! :p

Take chicken breasts, marinate for a good while with lots of oregano, maybe a bit of lemon juice, stick on skewers, grill grill grill, squirt on lemon juice again then serve with tzatziki...

YOU NEVER KNEW CHICKEN SOUVLAKI COULD BE SO EASY

I may never have to eat at Mr. Greek again.

This is a non-grill chicken recipie that is placed here so that you poor non-bbq peeps won't be left out.

- Dice up a couple boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
- Cook in a wok with sesame oil, chilli sauce, and a black bean sauce.
(Use olive oil if no sesame, but sesame keeps the oriental flavor thing going.)
- Cook until simmering and tender.
- If there is an excess of liquid, remove chicken from the wok with a straining server and poor off sauce into a dipping dish.

THEN

- Get a head of leaf or iceberg lettuce.
- Clean and separate all the leaves.
- Put some bean sprouts or other sprouts in a bowl.

What do you have? Lettuce wraps. You spoon the chicken onto a lettuce leaf, add some sprouts, wrap like a taco and dip in sauce. Sooooooo good and no carbs.

:)
