I am bumping this thread because I am unable to contact the person who purchased one of the TVs, but has yet to pick it up. Whomever purchased the Sony 27 inch TV, please contact me at buysell@thechapmangroup.ca ... if you no longer want it and wish to forfeit your deposit, please let me know if that is the case.

When it came time to pay for the item, your friend offered a lower price than was previously agreed upon. I turned down her lower offer and sold it to another person who made the "best offer", which was the full asking price.

ok fine. if it was sold to the other person, and since you're such a well-to-do business man, i think it's time to settle the matter of the fully refundable deposit. stand by your "policy".
