i love the sunnyside pavillion, and having the party upstairs was perfect...especially because of the less than summer temperatures out tonight.
there's something magical about live house music. the human element adds so much to the groove, and 'god made me funky' was definitely on point. soulful, jazzy beatz with sexy vocals and mad hip hop lyrics.
julie mcknight performed the kings of tomorrow anthem 'finally', and man did she deliver. her sultry voice was even more beautiful live
julie returned later on in the evening to add her voice to the second set of god made me funky.
i love the atmosphere and vibe at rnb parties. an older, mature crowd who love house music. friendly security and the best view of the golden horseshoe any club in toronto has to offer, rnb throw very funky events.
i'll definitely return to the sunnyside before the summer is through.
pese and kingz of tomorrow beatz
- that finally i heard you guy
