tea fasting is also good. i'm sure there's some recipes available on the web. certain teas are great for detoxing the body, so this would be used to detox during your fast.
i've done a 30 hour fast a few times. never made me feel too crappy, just a little tired. it's good for you though. clears out your system...makes your pee run clear.
yes i belive a ginger tea and cayenne fast is supposed to be good.
