Exercising In Times Of COVID-19

As many of our daily routines remain restricted during the coronavirus pandemic, it can be difficult to find the motivation to exercise. Do you have any exercise recommendations?

Start jogging/working out inside doing bodyweight exercises. I have an LTE smartwatch that connects to my Spotify account, as well as tracking my route, as well as heart rate (etc).
