my dad cooked up some succulent (sp?) steaks.. they were huge, and medium rare (just like i like them).. i looked at it on my plate, cut it in 1/4 and put the rest back in the fridge.
my parents thought there was something wrong with me.. "you're only going to eat that little piece of meat?"

Chicken and Fish are easier on the digestive system and if you stay away from pork and red meat for awile and than try and eat the same portions as before it can make you tired and natious because they take forever to digest and pork is extremely greasy and fatty Jay
