I know it is early and most of you will spend today nursing hangovers but I am in the unfortunate position of writing a paper on Sex Discrimination in the Canadian Labour Market. I need information on:

(i) where it is most evident and
(ii) a comparison by jurisdictions

My god send, ProQuest, is down and I have limited access to any other online database.

Anyone want to help a girl out?!?!

much appreciated.

but sources are pointless if you can't print, or attain the full text article to work with... Have you tried Google scholars? I haven't used it but classmates were telling me about it... try there

Ooops....should have continued reading.

Number 9 and 19 are a good start. I have found some documents that I am reading through right now that are useful....but I think what you have here could REALLY help me out.

if you are writing an essay, i assume you are in university right now... why can't you log on to your school's online journal database remotely?
seems odd.

It makes me feel funny that no one used the Internet for anything other then maybe email questions to the dean or whatever when i was in school. It's obviously a very different world now.

I used to have an essay writing service when i was broke, $80, pass, $100 b+, $120 a- (1990-1994). Only history, English, 1st year sociology. or philosophy. That's bad (very bad). i was a bad broke person. Coaching was extra and was indeed required one time for a very dumb student who got busted for a fake essay. After some intensive coaching we got her off.

sociology first year at u of t is taught in the Convocation hall and there was 1600 peeps in my class .. there was no essay, only 4 multiple choice exams. (this was 2001)

internet is great for sources, but there is a lot of crap out there.. same rules apply about sourcing reliable things.. biggest + now is at U of T the entire reference library is online and you can log in and access everything from home. (or from you office if you are a part timer like me..lol)
