Try Interactive Nutrition stuff for shakes - they're getting really good. Or the raspberry Iso Whey, just can't remember the company that makes it. Real 5-dollah shakes - fucking good.
Fish and Pork Chops with sweet potatos and salad for real food.
i can't stand these things. they are denser than Deep. and they usually have a lot of sugar in them, which isn't so groud.Originally posted by The Tesseract
however, it takes a while to get used to them.
I generally eat the high protein ones (nothing less than 25g)

I've tried egg whites before.
The waitress didn't know what i was talking about.
I'm like 'you know egg whites, no yolk' and she gave me a wierd look.
i'm never having egg whites again.
Do you know what i've realized?
In order to eat healthy you can't have any falvour bc all the falvour means fat content and carbs and grease and so on.
I'm not a fat person.
I think i can eat what i want and work out and still get fit.
That's my thinking anyway
They typically have 20g of sugar... that's pretty much the same as most chocolate bars, isn't it?Originally posted by labRat
