Soooooooooooooooooo...

This must be mildly embarrassing for Junglistheed and his ilk.

Where do we go from here?

What's the next date of apocalyptic mayhem to anticipate?

Please advise, and don't forget to link to websites that spew rambling "facts".

Truth as I have heard/watched/read. Is that people have sort of twisted the truth. And that Today only starts a new transition period. Of course

There was also a story earlier this year about the fact that there is another calender that was found and continues after today. Though that story died quickly. So whether it was false or swept under the rug because it didn't make for as much fun who knows.

I always wonder about these people. Do they rack up their credit cards and spend everything thinking there will never be any consequence, or are they like 'preppers' and hoard for the day of apocalypse (buying guns, food and water).

Someone, somewhere, is in his basement right now thinking, "What the hell am I going to do with all these beans?"

Best!

I had a super day yesterday! I woke up at 4am to do laundry and watched "The History of Rap ". So, I guess I rang in the new age with Ice T while getting house chores done to prepare for the holidays. ;) No beans about it and no can openers required.

embarrassing ? why ? never once did i mention this date was the apocalyptic mahyem ... you just proved time and time, that people hear and assume what they want to hear

i merely posted a link of what the date meant to the mayans, the ending of a cycle on their calendar that coincided with astronomical occurances !

do you even know what the word apocalypse actually means ? while you toss the word around ?

lol way too funny

several dates of interest

feb 15th 2013
A newly discovered 150-foot-wide asteroid may come so close to the Earth in February that it might hit communications satellites.
if it doesnt hit then it will definitely hit earth in 2020 on the next flyby

2038 is another y2k event
The problem affects all software and systems that both store system time as a signed 32-bit integer, and interpret this number as the number of seconds since 00:00:00 UTC on Thursday, 1 January 1970.[1] The furthest time that can be represented this way is 03:14:07 UTC on Tuesday, 19 January 2038.[2] Times beyond this moment will "wrap around" and be stored internally as a negative number, which these systems will interpret as a date in 1901 rather than 2038

or Isaac Newtons biblical end time prophecy of 2060

those are just a few to come ! lol
