Rolando is part of Detroit's legendary UR crew(Underground Resistance). He is responsible for that huge track 'Night of the Jaguar', that did so well in the charts that Sony hired a pair of UK producers to completely re-emulate the entire track so that they could re-sell it. Huge lawsuits ensued...

I'm pretty damn sure it's not the same guy.
