Thanks to everyone who came out and made the night lots of fun. Was a really good time playing on that oh-so-sweet Turbosound system again - but I was a little disappointed that they took out the Raine MP 2016 (rotary) out of the booth and opted for a lesser mixer. Oh well.

I think my set went alright - played a little harder than usual - but I think that's what you guys wanted to hear. Hope you all enjoyed listening/dancing as much as I enjoyed playing/drinking/dancing.

I was really overcome to see all of my good friends come out to support me at such an early hour - JanICE & Pierre, Sasha & Alison, Johnathan, Ivan & Sonja, Svetlana, Jay - plus all my Scarborough boys and girls who I've not had a chance to play for before.

Big thanks to Jeff and Andrew at Mystery Entertainment for throwing the party and giving me a shot up on the decks - and to 'Lil Pete for holding it all together up in the booth.

Special thanks to that special someone who surprised (and touched) me by overcoming great difficulties to show up for my set. Not to mention the fact that she provided me with a bombass shirt to appear in. You da best Jo...*hugz*

Hope this won't be the last one.

You played a stellar set BTW, even though you are always way too modest! Definitely the highlight of the party. I'm glad I was able to make it!

As for the rest of the party... well... seeing all da crew out was fun, but i'm not about that music at all.

Funny you asked that - but as I'm sure you already know the answer is no.

Though very occasionally people have made comments about how comfusing it is for me and you to share part of a name.

Perhaps a head to head on global groove is in order, to help straighten out some of the misunderstanding.

Or maybe you'd like to come over to the 1groove studios and do it there.

People have told me you're rather good, so I don't expect to show you up or anything - but it could be a pretty fun experience.
