The 3rd installment of holidays body roc @ system was a success as well as the other two. Fierce span an awesome set! Excellent mixing and a really good track selection - nice antherms / new releases combination. What really got the crowd moving was planet dust, we didnt stop dancing till the end of his set.

I cant say I really enjoyed our locals though. Somehow i missed marcus and s&s' sets. Sniper was alrite i guess but the mc during his set was simply hurting my ears. He made it seem like english has the least flow of all world languages. Whoever that was, please let us hear some music for a change!

What a way to open up the New year with Body Roc Wednesday's, Virus style! Can't really remember the last time Fierce was in Toronto, but am I glad he came down last night.

Too bad Systems wasn't that busy, especially being all ages for the holidays. However, this gave way to enough peeps having a wikkid time and bruking out on the dance floor with smiles on their faces. Wikkid vibes throughout the night. Saw a few familiar faces here and there.

Tearin' sets for everyone I witnessed play last night. Marcus & Royal Rumble doing their oldskewl thing in the VIP lounge. I'm not big on oldskewl, but I'm really starting to appreciate it. Sad to say didn't really catch much of the other locals.

Now on to DJ Fierce's off the hook set. I've heard a few DJ Fierce sets (none live before) but nonetheless this blows all of them away. A very hard, smooth set consisting of flavourful double drops filled with a few dubs and some hard to forget classics. Can't forget to mention the vibes this DJ gives the place. Really reminds me of how Marky performs; the man wouldn't stop jumping and nodding his head up & down while cueing and mixing in the process.
