DJ Czech and My Thoughts

I don't know about everyone else...but DJ Czech from Vancouver (the dancing knome? lol) was awesome.
I couldn't believe some of stuff he mixed...
Anyone know where I can get some of his stuff??
Oh ya. Went to Guvernment/Kool Haus afterwards for the nite....busy, line up city, and this strange circular pattern that had people lineing up everywhere.
Drugs? Me: no, Everyone else: seemed like it.
Anyone else that was sober like me?
And how the hell did that guy get up on that damn speaker stack and not get the boot??? (of course I missed the moment he got off...)
Juice boys? defineately.
E-poppers? Hard to tell unless you really look; there were a few.
Bone smokers? Everywhere (oh and thats a problem? ;p)
Did watch one little girl get carried out (she was OUT) for God knows what.
All in all, the vibe was pretty good but waiting for 2 or more hours sucked!

Wasn't the best vibe I've had but the vibe was better at the square...

I agree, I haven't heard much of his stuff, but I personally think he can't mix very well. I heard a lot of fade in, fade outs, but then again, a lot of his tracks didn't always start off with a beat.

i hope i don't get attacked for this....I went to turbo on friday night and czech bored me to tears. if i wanna hear breaks, i wanna hear funky breaks. his set seemed so predictable. maybe i'm just not a breaks fan as much as i am a house fan.

You must be technically deaf to call his mixing off. He is a pioneer of breaks and speed garage who is good enough to mix up his set with variety. His set was crisp and I heard no blunders. He was amazing.
