dimitri from paris is coming

i heard he's coming march 28, the day before good friday. it's happening at the orange room. how big is that place anyway?? i hope its big enuff. anybody remember his set last year at the koolhaus. he ain't the greatest dj technically, but that disco house is sweet. anybody going??

I was hoping he would be comming back for the new CD and would love to see him again. But when I saw it was going to be at the Orange Room, I'm giving this second thoughts, it is small and considering Milk filled the Warehouse (Kool Haus) the last 2 times he was here, this would be like a sardine can!!!

hopefully. i was waiting for him to come back as well to promote his new cd which is killer btw, i really dig the chill cd. milk parties always rock, too bad it's at the orange room.

Great to hear that he's coming back. I missed the last couple times he was here so I have yet to see him live. If it's on March 28th that's a Thursday so hopefully it won't be as packed as expected.

I just checked the guvernment website and it seems like they got two other events going on that night. There's Hybrid, Sandra Collin, and Hernan Cattaneo at the Kool haus, Victor Calderon and John Creamer at the Guvernment. I don't know if these three are one event where you can go between rooms or they're separate events.

Cool... as a producer he's quite.. interesting. I like him better as a DJ. His mix "a night at the playboy mansion" is really funky, disco-y.... soo good.

Saw him at the Kool Haus and he was on point. Not sure if The Orange Room is the ideal venue.

I heard Kerri Chandler is playing Roxy that same night!! Now that should be good!

Kerri's set at Roxy last summer (same weekend as UP Fest) was amazing - one of the highlights of last year for me.

i heard his set at the UP Fest, it was only forty minutes long . i think i might skip dimitri from paris and hit this jam instead. i'd love to hear a full set from mr. chandler.

You won't be dissapointed, I've seen him a few times and each one was stellar. Twice the same weekend last year was a real treat.

I can't decide what to do this weekend, never seen Alton Miller or Hybrid, only seen Dimitri once but Kerri is always wonderful - ack!
