Different coloured Ontario license plates

So, what's the difference in colours? I know blue on white background is standard for most vehicles, and I think black on white background is for either trucks and 4x4's, or commercial trucks and 4x4's.

But what about red on white background, or is it white on red background? Isn't there a yellow on blue background, or some other colour combination I'm missing here? Anyone know what they mean?

red / white = diplomat or government
yellow / black = dealer temporary plate
white / black = truck
white / blue = anything thats not a truck

White on Red is a diplomat / gov

Black on Yellow is wholesaleer (or old dealer plate not yet changed to red on white)

Red on White are dealer plates

Black on white is commercial or personal pickup (not SUV)

They're the cannuk version of the MIB. However normally they stick to the trailer parks of the east coast

not that I know of in Ontario.... but I'm sure some State has a green plate.

Also... the first 3 letters indicate the use of the vehicle in governement plates.
