Is there any way to recover a file once it is deleted from an internal network on windows? It is not in the recycle bin :(

if you deleted the file from your work network on another server, the only way to retrieve that file is from backups. depending on how they do backups, it can take awhile to restore that file. sorry.

If you deleted it on your home network it's probably gone. You can try using some undelete utilities, but you'll need to run them on the actual machine the files where on, not over the network share.

just google 'file recovery' for lots of apps.

The longer you leave it though, and the more data that is written to and deleted from that drive, the less likely you'll be able to recover the data.
