Changing SoundForge recording source

I'm trying to record some sound from a DVD using SoundForge.

The problem is, it's recording the sound through a microphone headset that my brother uses for online games, and picking up all kinds of noise from the computer and the room. If I unplug the headset, SF records nothing.

How do I change the recording source so that it just records the DVD audio?

Should be as easy as running your cable out of the DVD players audio out (should be yellow and white cord) and it would have to have a single 'male' tip on the other end pluggin into your audio in on the back of your sound card. Then soundforge should pick it right up. You can see if its reading anything by looking at the sound levels in the record menu. Havn't touched soundforge in a while, I actually just installed it again yesterday to work on some sound samples so my computer plays good stuff when windows loads rather then the generic startup :D
