Car Insurance

Not for me, anybody know where a friend of mine could get insurance for his vehicle, but on a shorter term? i.e. monthly? semi-annually term?

ie 3 month policy, month policy, etc.

my policy with state farm is 6 months

I used to pay monthly with Wawaneesa.
The only problem is that if you don't have a decent record, they probably won't give you this option.

everyone pays monthly, but is it a monthly term (ie. get it renewed every month?)

Yup. Cancel any time you want. Any over payments get returned to you in the form of a cheque. That's how I have all my insurance. Car, house, etc.

If you jump around a lot though some insurance brokers won't touch you as you don't have a history of good payments. And not every insurance company will offer monthly payments, based on your history.
