Capitol J and Marcus always used to come to Guelph, but now they don't :( I never get to hear any good jungle anymore....

thats funny because I just listened to Cap J from Next Junction 2 year (thats when i think he unveiled that Red Rat rmx) and was amazed at how i used to love that tape. I'm not trying to badmouth J in any way, its just funny that I can now be into such different music and yet its all considered Drum and Bass.

but after his falling off the face of the earth...his name seems to be reappearing on a few flyers once again. I'd be very intrested to know the story behind that.

you guys would be surprised.......

that guy has fans from all over. I used to work wit him on his radio show and hed be gettin email from all over

ie. US, Brazil, Gremany.....

he travels quite a bit across the US and Canada regularly...

PS I personally don't feel his style of jungle (very hard on the ears!!!)

BUT... trust me.....he has NOT fallin off...

my mistake

well if he travels to all those foreign places , ppl mustn't know to much about what GOOD d&b is maybe some , but very little do know what's up. How come he doesn't play anymore parties down in T.O lately , ring a bell? maybe because he has been over played , and he is over playin his lame ass congo natty , tech step, two beat tracks all the time . It just doesn't seem like he knows how to progress.

Pssst... if you all wanna know, Capital J will be touching down here in Victoria, BC Monday, April 22 at the One Lounge.

I just can't wait to see what he'll be doing.

I had to admit, his scratches can get on your nerves after a while, but he could still put out the sickest mixes around.
