Can I get a Witness?

My work has just informed us that in the near future they are installing a new program called "Witness".

This program will monitor our Internet access and taking random screen prints, which will then be discussed in our monthly meetings.

Booooooo!

Once this occurs, no more Tribe.

It's not just because of this but things keep piling up that are making me look down a different avenue.

Yeap, look for a new job. A company that thinks it'll increase productivity by installing draconian spy systems, is one that not only is heading in the wrong direction, but one that also makes no connection with employee morale and productivity so you can expect more bullshit like that in the future.
