I have Pm'd or emailed most of you but I still need to hear confirmations from some of you.
Like I said, I wanna accomadate as many of you as possible so there will be back to back sets happening throughout the night. I also figured it would be a neat idea to team some of you up who've never even met before. Should be interesting.
The sets are an hour except for the opening (8:00 pm - 9:30 pm) and the closing slots (12:30 am - 2:00 am).
Lemme know ASAP if you have to cancel. I know some are going to Renaissance that night and i can try to juggle if you have to spin elsewhere or be somewhere at a certain time.
DJS - if you can, pls make some copies of your mix cds to be given out at the party if you want. If not, no worries. How they will be given out will have to be figured out later. If anyone has an idea, please lemme know.
Any Tribe djs who aren't spinning, I apologize. Another event is in the works and you'll get a chance then. BUT! If you are planning to attend, pls make some copies of your cds as well. Free music is great at an event like this and you'll gain some exposure with the TBK crowd if you're a lurker or an up and comer.
Phat Trick - Headwinds wants to recruit numerous djs for a 1.5 hours breaks battle thingy so he'll be contacting you about that.
