Brother and Sister In texas confess to killing younger sibling

Sister is 15, younger brother 10. their youngest sibling was 6.

What is it about this state?

First you had the lady who ran over the homeless man and left him die over three days in her garage while he was stuck in her windshield.

James Byrd got lynched and then dragged to his death by those three hicks a few years ago.
