Braving the Guv.

So, I haven't been to the Guv in a while. And I really do hate it there. Well, almost everything about it. But I might want to go see AVB. Tell me, how do you deal with it? How do you handle the Guv?

Go with my friends who are as cracky as me so I'm guaranteed a good time.

Find things that you wouldn't normally find funny, and make them funny so you have a good time.

Ignore the sweaty dudes that try and grind up againest you.

A Few Tips ...

First of all, keep your elbows up and don't be afraid to kick anyone in the shins or the back of their heels. Even the most persistent and annoying characters will almost always give you some space.

Second, stare into the lasers and ignore everyone around you, if necessary.

And most importantly, come to GUV with an open mind. You might end up surprising yourself.

I take much room in the Guv when I dance... People dont dare enter my space when I start, cause I usually end up smaking them by accident. Then people back up.

It's my room damnit.

nope, they're not playing at the Guv, but they do happen to be playing at the Silver Dollar Room next Monday night. I'm hoping to go, but $30 for advance tickets is a little bit bananas.
