... does anyone know much about Borland, the programming language? Is it still in use? Dated? I know very little about it but need to find a Borland developer soon.

Thanks,

Adam

Borland is a software company, www.borland.com

I think they are best known for Pascal early on. Is that what you're looking for? If so, it's a mickey mouse language that any decent programmer should be able to pull-off.

Yeah I'm essentially looking for a programmer to re-write some old code for a commercial product written in it. Thanks.

If you are looking for a Pascal programmer, just find anyone who graduated from Waterloo in the late 90's they all used Pascal.

But for your info Borland also made a fairly popular Java compiler : Borland J++.

And many other compilers.

If you email me privately I may be able to help you.

I have some pascal background and a degree in Comp. Sci.
