Whoever it was, I hope they find the person and prosecute to the full extent of the law.

If that ends up being the case he's got a nice payday coming from the TPS, Mayor Tory and a few other media outlets who brought out their jumping to conclusions mat too soon.
The only thing that's stopping me from completely believing that is that I would expect Rogers to have extensive surveillance and the TPS to have full access

That's what I thought at first but I've since changed my mind. The empty seat theory makes sense because we are trying to find a scenario that would makes sense. We only have that one picture in time so we don't really know the reason for the empty seats. Maybe the person sitting there just bent down at that particular moment, who knows. In that same picture most people are looking at this Ken Pagan character. I think it's more likely that it's him than whoever was in the empty seat. There's also a video(below) which I think is clearer than the one above that shows someone throwing the beer frisbee style with their right.
