What were peoples thoughts on this event?

I thought the decor was amazing and the music was pretty damn good, except the first dj who was king of the trainwrecks. The second guy on was off the hook. I'm having problems thinking right now, so I'll make this short and sweet.

I was impressed by the numbers.
I've never seen so many people attend a BLA party- though perhaps this could be due to the small size of the location.

Sound cut-offs(a now expected BLA event) aside, Quivering Virgin, Jeb & Jarek, (the rest I cannot remember..) played a FANASTIC evening of wicked music(sans the DJ who played earlier, as mentioned above)and I danced like a fiend on fire.
This posed to be a problem as the only ventilation was provided by 3- 1& 1/2 ft windows, resulting in the biggest, dirtiest, SMELLIEST sweatbox.My poor skin still hasn't recovered...note to BLA-make an investment in a BIG FAN!!

Oh well, a rare night of excellent music was the pay off, so I don't mind so much. Props are also deserved for the constitantly best decorated party in TO!!

That party was definitely worth the smell and heat.

It was probably the best party I've been to this year.

The music was excellent, the people were wicked and yet again, they were able to decorate the place amazingly.All this for the low, low price of $6.00. The spirit of Goa was in me that night.

I heard that BLA are going to be setting up a tent at OM. All goa, all the time

Expect to see me camped right beside that stage.

the bla party was smelly but nice.

DSF however took the cake. What a treat.. amazing visuals and killer full on psy. I really hope they use that venue again at some point in the future.

I had such a wicked time - I hadnt been to a "goa" party since BLA Dec'99...I was foolish, thinking I'd only stay until 1am or so - ended up being there till @ least 5am!

Everyone there seemed to e 100% into the party, which mad it intense but awesome @ the same time...

And as far as the smell goes, I never noticed it really, but lucky for me I have a cold

of course, there's no tribe logo on the flyer so you'll never hear about it on this board. gotta hunt around, ya dig?

Psi-ko-tek: Merci, the pleasure was all ours, (so was the sweat). I like the small crowds tho- a great group of people!(and much preferable to present alternatives)
