bittorrent is great, you just need to get a front-end for it...otherwise it can be a bit terse to interact with. The above suggestions are all you need. ;)

you only make torrent files if you want to become a seed for distribution..
and then in that case, the staff of the network would probably handle the creation of the torrent files

okay... it's early, but I've had my coffee. I still can't figure this out, though. I went to this site, and I'll I got was a "virtual directory listing denied". Do I have to specify a particular .torrent to grab?

I've got something from another site downloading, so the client is working... I just want to find more stuff to play with.

Pretty much, after the software installation you visit these sites that support Torrent files. It's a diff version of file sharing. You cannot choose what to search for, you can select from a list of files avail. Used mainly for TV, movies, software and games, not too much for music. Although, if you get music its usually the full album with all ID3 tags. When you burn onto CD-R, chances are your CD playback app (WMP, iTunes, etc) will recoginse it as the actual album rather than Unknown Aritst - Track 1.

I don't know too many that make Torrent files, but go ahead if you so choose.

And its Suprnova, not Supernova. Try some of the other sites too. Some are msg boards that you have to register for.

MSN me later tonight if you need anymore help.

Why can't you play mp3's anymore?
