They have leagues for all experience levels.
They run year round too because they have an indoor facility up at Lawrence & Caledonia. In the summer they operate at the Docks as well.

u can sign up for an individuals rec league...they're taking spring registrations now (starts in April). Summer sessions won't be up yet (usually starting in July)
