I am a big fan of the BBQ... one of my favorite things to go with beer and sun!!!
The smell, the crackle... it just goes hand and hand with summer for me!

nothing beats a nice juicy t-bone from the butcher. slap on some wings and ribs and you're golden.

as for sauce - bullseye and hp are preferred.

best burgers - pc memories of kobe (nothing else comes close).

anyone who brings veggie patties must go home immediately.

HEY ! Klubmasta I love veggieburgers... they taste the EXACT same as burgers if you get the good ones.

my mom makes some mean garlic potatoes on the barby too - sooo good!!

cut potatoe into cubes, dice some fresh garlic and then baste them mixed together with butter.
put them in tin foil and Q-away

yum.

i like steak, chicken breasts, baked potatoes, pizza logs, burgers, and i once bbq'd a whole turkey!!

i've already had a ton of bbqs this season

dan and I (using dans food) basically only used the bbq last summer

I'm probably going to get flamed for this, but nothing beats a nice leg of spring lamb. SO fucking tasty, you forget all about where it came from.

slipperypete - the only thing that beats spring lamb is a thick tender slab of veal. preferably from a calf beaten to death in the first 3 weeks of its life.

werd. it's all about the lime & wine marinade, with m&m's steak spice beaten into the dead cow a few days before hand
