i'm moving out of my room jan1.

it's a 13x18 foot room on the 3rd floor of a massive 4 bedroom house. the main floor has a 12x20 multimedia studio and a 14x14 living room with fireplace. my roomates are really cool and rent is $720 + utils (about $100).
