Ask Tribe Tech Support: streaming ram file

I've been having some trouble connecting to Real Audio files. I get this error in my IE browser window:

Not Found
The requested URL /cgi-bin/xchg.cgi was not found on this server.

Apache/1.3.23 Server at www.streamingcash.com Port 80

If I cut n' paste the URL into my realaudio player it works -- i also havent received this error using Netscape 6.2

What it is this "streaming cache" error that they speak of?

yup -- i know few others have experienced this - i want to be voice of our silent millions and say -- what the hell is happening here?

there is this amazing Ken Ishii set on betalounge with video that doesnt always stream in IE but will in Netscape.
