We will be letting go of 4 AM(account managers) because of poor performance and will need to backfill these positions.

Only downside...the position is all about numbers and performance so the stress level is very high.

my guess is this job is 100% commissionbased.

the numbers I am giving are Target Income.
Some reps make more, some make less...depending on how much they sell.

No this is not Primerica or Edward Jones.
