call head office.. tell them you need to connect to a customer using PCAnywhere and you need them to open port 6667

Yeah, Ian and Chris up in HQ would laugh at me and go, sure sure Kenny. You know we can't do that.

Plus honestly, if we wanted a firewall port opened, its' a month long process just to get the request looked at, and then they might do it.
