Anyone have a Cube Van or Truck.

I just called to Rent one at the location nearest me, and they're all booked up for the weekend. And I would like to get this crap all moved into my new place ASAP.

Just wondering if anyone has one and would do me a favour to move a few things this weekend.

I only have to move a Queen Size Bed, Work Bench, Computer Desk & 32" TV.

I'll be willing to pay you in beers and $$

And I'm at Bathurst & Eglinton area moving up to Bathurst & Lawrence area, won't take that long, probably about 2-3 trips... and it's less than 5 miles.

Your best bet would be to post a message on the white trasher rocker board. They have a higher van per capity ratio.

ack! i should have left you the beer to give to your move helpers! that would have been smart. sorry. but thanks again.

when i last moved i discovered that most poeple book their moving vans a month in advance. who new? i had to go to the discount trucks depot at lawrence and dufferin.

Have you searched the Google Groups?

Go to: groups.google.com and input "tor.forsale". Then click on the tor.forsale.misc and do a search for "moving". There are a bunch of peeps there that offer moving services there, just negotiate. Make sure when you get your results in Google, sort them by date not relevance.

I didn't need a van until I found out last night my van couldn't make it.

Fack... and it's only like 4 things.. so I didn't want a huge 15ft van anyways.

Oh man, that Wall Unit was the worst thing ever.
I've never moved something so heavy and huge in my life. And worst of all with no way to grab it properly
