Anybody see these posters around?!

Hey, i am just wondering if anyone on this board has seen any crazy posters of grafiti in their city. I was travelling friday and saturday and saw these images of what looked like sly cooper in two cities. But I am not sure as I have only seen the sly cooper character in stores before. I stopped twice to take some pictures since I saw soooo many of them. Can anyone tell me what these are!!!?
