No I'm not in trouble with the law, I work in law (assistant / clerk) but am thinking about do some post grad courses and becoming a paralegal instead. My degree is in HR, but my career experience is a legal, so I'm having a hard to switching to HR. Trying to think of ways to build on my experience.
I looked into writing my CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) exam, but I think it is kind of a scam, since you can't even say you are a CHRP after the exam. You then need 5 years of work experience and to apply for full status after theat. Also, my work does not require CHRP to work in HR.
