Alleged Serial Rapist in Toronto's rave scene.

Toronto police have arrested and charged a man who allegedly sexually assaulted two teenage girls.

Officers believe he may have assaulted other women.

The investigation began late last year. Police say the accused met a 14-year-old girl at a rave.

On Dec. 23, 2012, both the man and the girl were at a house party near Jane Street and Eglinton Avenue. He then allegedly assaulted her.

During the investigation, another girl came forward. Police say the accused met a 15-year-old girl at a rave in 2008. He allegedly assaulted her in 2009.

Keith Rampersad, 37, of Toronto, was charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference, forcible confinement, administering a stupefying drug and choking.

Rampersad will appear in court Thursday.
