^^^^^^^ Fun tune!

What is everyone's favourite FNM tune? Mine change time to time however right now I am digging 'Just A Man'. Driving and melodic, just a great tune!

Stripsearch for me. Would give new album 8/10. Pretty overall solid album from to start but for me no super "amaze balls"track(s) which is say every other album has had at least a few but still really good. Definitely a grower after more and more listens. The breakdown on "Cone of Shame" is awesome, Sunny Side Up is great and Matador is awesome too. Again. A lot of awesome tunes but for me, none "transcendental". But whatever, I'm getting a new Faith No More album and Pacquiao v Mayweather in the same month and two things I believed would never happen so taking all the goodness I can get!!

Mine too changes from time to time. I couldn't pick just one, but here are a few that are at the top of my list:

Stripsearch - such a beautiful song. And for those who have never seen it before, here is an absolutely beautiful cover rendition by some obscure Russian band called Race to Space:

The Real Thing - A song that could actually be named "Epic". Such a powerful tune.

Ricochet - Has one of my favourite lyrical lines of any song "It's always funny until someone gets hurt... And then it's just hilarious!"

Eesh that`s a toughy there`s so many.

Cowboy Song, Why Do You Bother, Underwater Love, Absolute Zero, Perfect Crime, Spirit, As The Worm Turns, Everythings Ruined.

Big fan of the mellow FNM as well.

That sucks. Sell them on Stubhub. If you can't beat them, join them.

That was an amazing show. FNM exceeded my expectations. They were better than in NYC 5 years ago. Tight as hell and they crushed it. Mid-Life Crisis was super-amazing and they played Be Aggressive which I forgot will always be my favourite FNM tune. They closed with I Started A Joke!

It was nice to see old guys still able to rock out, and FNM were amazing as well. August at Ricoh, can't wait!

Yes, agreed 100%. Excellent show. Well worth the price. I am considering buying tickets for August too. I was envious when I found out my brother already had his bought.

Pretty good show! Good audience enthusiasm, especially for Toronto!

The band was tight and impressive! If it weren't a bunch of old farts on the stage it might have been '91!

Glad everyone liked the show! My buddy got a set list and met Roddy Bottum after the show. Tickets for the August show have been purchased. Floors are still available. I am not missing it this time!

indeed. people actually stood up and rushed the stage-imagine- at the humming bird of all places. Loved the love the greenshirt airdrummer fan got- his own song even lol.;)
The best thing about their concerts too is the large number of females that attend- makes for a balanced vibe.

..and yes, us hockey lovers like Bozz Scagss(playing July 24 Fallsview Niagara)

I described the Saturday shows as "A religious experience". It was that damn good.

I too got to meet Roddy after the show and he was very nice/gracious taking time to chat with everyone/take picture. He even asked me how I thought the sound was in the venue (i.e. he cared if the show/sound came off ok).

What an awesome night!

Thanks for noting this! I thought it was sold out. Scooped up myself up some tickets! :D

haha patton up to his shenanigans?

Patton is just like all men who are the elite at what they do, he is probably a bit of a dick in real life. No matter, because you should never meet your heroes.

I will never tire of hearing Mike Bordin drum, the guy is a percussive genius and his presence is so underrated in terms of the band's greatness. He is so intrinsic to the sound of FNM, if he were to leave pack it up boys. He's also 52, these guys are not spring chickens.

Another review: Faith No More

Did anyone catch Le Butcherettes? I heard them on youtube and they are not my thing.

I assume Le Butcherettes were the opening act? I saw them, wasn't that impressed but I was impatient to see FNM! They weren't bad per se but aside from the lead singers antics I'm not sure what their hook is.
