A question for the Kitchener/Waterloo massive

Where does everyone hangout, what are your favorite spots??
ie. the rev, front row, philthy's, van gho's ear (def. not the right sp)! etc...

personally i am a fan of Van G___'s ear (im not even going to attempt to try and spell that again~!) on thursday nights' with Lee and Daryll.

Well, when i'm able to defy my snobbery and get my lazy ass off my couch, I'm a big fan of Jane Bond's. It's small, urban, and every time i've been in someones been spinning either chill hip hop or dnb.

Felicities has some good nights... i should really hit that up more often.

But my fave is the Purple Room. Note, NOT Revolution. I refuse to go in the main room unless it's for faster bar service or to escape the sauna-effect. But every time i've been it's been the best times... always sweet tunes, tight vibe and relatively normal people.

PURPLE ROOM - tight vibe, always great talent, and probably the 2 best residents of any club in ontario - Mattlock and Isaac S. it's no wonder i am ther almost every sat night...

FELICITIES - used to have decent nights, but that place has been all downhill since it changed owners, what, last year i think?

JANE BOND - i haven't had the chance to check it out yet, but from what i hear they have a nice groove goin down there on thursdays, guess i'll have to take up lee on the invite and go check it out sometime soon

for those who didn't hear about it yet, ther eis a new afterhours opening up this sat night in waterloo, somewhere near conestoga i was told. they will be in the p-room this sat night with flyers i think, or telling peeps how to get there.

also be on the lookout for a series of one-off parties this spring/summer (if everything comes together) with some interesting dj's....

My bad,

when i was talking about Van Gough's, i had it mixed up with Jane Bond's. Wrong city!

But yes, I like Jane Bond on thursdays, 4 decks + effects.

btw, Felicity's does have things going on there currently. There is going to be a house night on an upcomming Friday night, as well i know that there is DnB on Sat. nights.

Anyone else on the board from K/W? I know there are more of you!!

As for where I like to hang out ... my girlfriends house ... she's got cable, super nice house mates, a grocery store which is about a 2 minute walk away and a movie place that's about 2 minutes away where you get 2 new movies for $5!
