54-40 in Wasaga Beach

ok okokokok.. i know few people listen to 54-40 on here.. but i just wanna give some respect to who i think is a great band. My 2nd time seeing them... and it was fun.. always love singin along to their tunes..

First time i saw them was a year or 2 ago at Durham College Pub...

Its all about the small venue's..

did they play at the curling rink??? had a great long weekend up there a few years ago & its all about northern (or almost northern) ontario venues...like the kee to bala

Exactly!.. it was perfect music for the night.... we brought tables up to where we were stayin for hte night before..but for that night we hit up one of the bars right on the strip..the one beside the banana bar.

Would you believe they didn't have any rev... OR... Molson Canadian!>?!?!>>!?!?!

its wierd.. seeing 54-40 has got me into checking out some more bands.. i think i'll have to start a thread in the main forum about that..what bands are comin around..

Dave I totally hear you!

I went to U2, then Depeche Mode, now I'm already to check out live bands again. I love 54-40, and Rheostatics (who's playing soon) and Guided by Voices is coming around...

Can't wait for Another Roadside Attraction sometime...outdoor venue with good Canuck bands..yummy!

next up: Radiohead
