Is the company FLY? If so I took a quick peek and while it's not one I'd invest in, it's a reasonable idea. 50 million for 5 mill in cash, and 4 mill in liabilities plus a business which appears to be generating revenues, albeit at a loss and at a rate of only about 10% of market cap. Still...

Sounds like manulife. It's doubled since then and the easy money has been made. Still, a decent investment even at these levels.
