        Well its not really my main thing - my main thing is a set of exercises, stretches and tools like rollers and a teeter thing to turn me upside down and hot baths - i could manage with this - pot is mostly an analgesic and distraction, and something that assists me with performing repetitve tasks in this never ending routine without losing my mind!

        I feel its like, the background thing, but not THE thing i use to manage pain - let my doc talk me into hooking me up with this team at his office he has now working on backs - they got some of the same stuff i have at home so gonna get some targeting to try and take the time i dedicate to this and make it more effective so im not losing so many hours every day to all this maintenance.
