^ that sounds like an obvious mis-direction, which would be in-line with their marketing tactics thus far. i bet there will be some kind of joker *spectacle* at the comic-con, with the marketers hoping it will be the talk of the event.

I agree with Will, there has to be something at CC regarding TDK...It would be foolish not to. There's a great article in Variety magazine about how the CC now makes or breaks certain films due to the "geeks" being happy and spreading the love or the hate over the internet.

It's like Comic Book Guy is cool!

well if they made non-crappy movies, we'd be appeased and leave them alone. they have to give us these teasers et cetera to quell our raging skeptacism that 'the man' can give us a remotely good movie based on the IP's we know and love. the CC stuff is like them saying 'see guys? we're still cool!....honest!'

that being said, nerds will go see a movie based on their favorite IP regardless of hearing that it sucks. look how many people went to see the third matrix - after seeing the second one.
