if you do the stain glass then you oculd just do a countour line drawing of marcia spinning, add colour, and voila, easy and design savy stain glass.

no for that i would use photoshop.

-do the drawing, use a black marker for all lines, blackened areas
-scan it
-in PS change the image to grayscale, then back to RGB, use the marquee tool to select all black area, copy and paste onto a second layer, select background layer and clear it
-now you have somewhat of a 'cel' where you can colour underneath the black outlines. use the airbrush, burn and dodge tools to create nice shades and highlights so it resembles stained glass

that's about the only thing i really learned at GBC which i found useful
