One's dead, one's about to die, one's an old fart who bitches about Madonna and one hasn't had a hit in years but still is quite respected (Prince).

Who's about to die? I don't think Prince or Elton are comparable to Madonna. Maybe Elton is bigger in the UK but I think if you asked a younger generation many would not even know about Elton John and certainly not about Prince. What was Elton John's last hit? That song from the lion king 20 years ago?

Fags can be very gullible. My old hair guy paid the +$600 VIP bullshit on the Ribbon Candy tour or whatever and when I asked him how it was the next time I had a cut, he very quietly said it wasn't worth the money and changed the subject.

Prince shits out pieces of Madonna!

Prince is on level musically that Madonna could never ever reach.

Female Pop Stars from the early 1980's:

Madonna - when she's not shopping for african babies she's all-round awesome.
Cyndi Lauper - does more acting work now but does sing at Pride and other places
Whitney Houston - shit show
Mariah Carey - shit show
Janet Jackson - scary shit show
Cher - doesn't count because she's actually a pop star from the early 1970's

Whatever. He's also a shit show. Been broke recently. Distroyed a Toronto mansion he was renting and then had to be sued for not paying rent and damages.

Let's compare Madonna Top 10 singles to Prince top 10's and see who wins. And for fun let's also look at the time span. I'm not saying Prince is not a major pop culture icon but I'm sorry Madonna eclipsed him decades ago.

Oh ya I forgot about an annimated movie produced by John that recieved sub par box office return and had it's song written and performed by John beaten out by a Madonna song from a movie yet to be released. Followed by a hissy fit from Elton.

Katy Perry holds the record for most consecutive weeks in the Top 10 at 69 for her run of hits from Teenage Dream.

Yeah if she can put out a couple more albums matching the shear pop brilliance of Teenage Dream she'll get up there.

do you think anyone on the planet will remember liking katy perry without cringing in 5 years?
this is the worst generation musically ever, silence would have been better than the garbage being over-produced now in the mainstream

reminds me of the oscar winning movie ASS from the movie Idiocracy

Lets just look at who can actually play a multitude of instruments and who is a better musician. Again Madonna sucks.

sounds like you didn't forget. and we all know Madonna got that because she told them if they wanted her to present an award she better be winning one.
